- We booked a room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa and a river view. We stayed in room where there was only 1 double bed and no view of the river. The lady at the reception was very rude and refused to consider my complaint. When I told her that I would write a complaint to Booking.com, she canceled my reservation. I had to pay her in cash because the reservation no longer existed. The room was very, very cold because the air conditioner was working at maximum (maybe even several days before our arrival).

All was great.
The breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly. Not much to do within walking distance. But, the hotel is a short drive to wineries and a nearby castle.

This is an amazing Gasthaus. It is older and quaint while impeccably maintained! the rooms are fantastic and the restaurant is a Styrian flight with amazing local food. I have returned many times over many years and have never ever been disappointed except when I have to leave! I give the Sorgerhof my highest recommendation!
Clean room and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty food. Good location for me, close to my job site.
Typical Austrian hotel, clean and cosy with a great restaurant. The rooms were quite big and even had a separate toilet and a nice balcony. The bed was comfy and the pillows were one of the best I've ever slept on. Breakfast was well stacked and they made eggs in different variations fresh on order.Unfortunately I've not been able to check out the spa.
Nothing to complain really.
