I loved all of the on-site amenities, super helpful staff and ceiling fans! Ways something to do, outdoor adult only heated pool. Indoor heated pool, hot tub. Wine and cheese midday, cookie making, kareoke, etc.I requested cookie sheets for baking Santa's cookies, they brought me 2! I couldve requested a Christmas Tree for our room but they were all spoken for by the time I learned this.We are hot sleepers that need white noise. The ceiling fans saved us!
More hooks throughout for towels, hygiene bags, backpacks, etc would have been helpful. The oven did not work great.

Location is good.
Parking is a big issue. Not enough parking spaces so plan to walk 1/2 mile+ to get to your room. Plumbing had issues in our room with a shower not draining and the kitchen sink smelt like rotten eggs when arriving.

Room size, beds were comfortable
Ice maker did not work. Fridge did not get very cold. Chair in bedroom was oversized and a tripping hazard. We tried moving it, but it didn't fit well anywhere. Kitchen sink area needs a light, it was hard to see when prepping meals, even with the stove top light on.

The breakfast was great! Location was wonderful! Beautiful scenery along the way and from our suite:)
The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave! I will be back to stay soon!

Location was nice.
The jacuzzi tub was gross, I had to reclean the room before we could enjoy our stay. The staff were very nonchalant. The inside pool water could be a lot cleaner. Not to mention it was overpacked with unsupervised kids.
