Club Quarters Hotel in Philadelphia

Clean, tidy and tiny room and very comfortable bed. There was coffee, tea and sparkling water on tap available in the lobby. Everything met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay.

Cleaning staff refused to ensure cleanliness by changing bed sheets even after customer removed the sheets and placed them on the floor, universally signaling a need for fresh laundry. The staff simply took the sheets off the floor and made the bed with the same sheets (indicated by the same stains and hair strands from previous customers left on the sheets). When additional towels were requested, the staff gave all several hand towels with no face towels contrary to the customary replacement of the set of variety towels in the bathrooms (body towel, floor mat, face towel, hand towels).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was a big highlight. It's very easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were also fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.

The only downside was the noise isolation, particularly around the door. I could hear quite a lot from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, including conversations and phone calls, which sometimes affected how quiet the room felt. Aside from this, I'm happy with the accommodation and will be happy to stay again.

Great location near subway stations, plenty of shopping & food options nearby. Clean hotel & room at decent price.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. All the faculties, including the gym, elevators, and lobby were well maintained and clean. Welcoming and helpful staff around all the time. Very good coffee/tea service available 24/7 in lobby. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a solid hotel in an excellent location for a fantastic price. Easy walking distance to way too many great restaurants to try in one trip and a longer walk or short trolley ride to museums and other attractions. Also really appreciated the very good in-room coffee and the filtered water available on each floor!

It's a little bare bones in terms of furnishings and amenities. And the parking situation is very weird - you park in a deck that's across the street and up the block under a mall, and have to come out onto the street through the mall and walk back down the block to get to the hotel. It's not a long walk, but it's slightly odd to drag all your stuff through the mall! There is no valet option, nor even a place to pull over in order to check in. Plan ahead!

You have to take an elevator to the reception area. You can wait for sometime to get on because the elevators only hold 4 people comfortably. This makes for a bad setting when you have a lot of people waiting for it. Ignorant people think it is fine to cram the elevator. Having been stuck in an elevator at one time due to an overload, it is not a pleasant experience. The hotel should open up the stairway since that was blocked off.
