The location The bed were comfortable The room are big
The toilet was old and stained.The shower was old and the paint was falling off.The valet parking was 60 dls.

The location was great. Very close to riverwalk and all the other attractions. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and seeing the Christmas lights. The beds were very comfortable. Best night’s sleep of our trip.
I’m not sure why an extra $75 was added to our bill for each night to use the amenities. Bottled water being an extra $8 in the room. All these things really add up. I will stay again but can’t afford more than two nights.

It is a very pretty hotel l, very well located. Sheets and convertors are not comfortable.The room amenities are very poor, clothes hangers are broken, and few amount of them. They place a small bottle of body lotion with a very bad quality product and when you consume it after the first shower, they do not replace it cleanly trying to save proving a bad service.

My wife and I are both not very happy with this Hotel with the price that we paid to stay there. We were not able to get ice we had to go to the front desk and the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Elevators were not functioning properly either. We paid for a river walk view and we could only see trees covering the view. For the money we spent staying here it was definitely not worth it
No ice machine working and the air conditioner was not working properly. Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay here.

Stayed in a king room with a balcony over the riverwalk. Nice room (nothing exceptional, but nice), comfortable bed and bedding, mini fridge, TV had Bluetooth so we were able to listen to Pandora from our phone. Good view from balcony. The bar on the riverwalk, in the hotel, was nice, large, and has outdoor seating as well.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Very clean. Staff was very nice. Valet was quick.
Our AC did not work in our room. It was cool outside but the room did get warm during the day.

Great location and comfortable room with a view of the river walk.
The place was insanely busy and crowded. Lots of weddings going on at once. Our refrigerator didn’t work and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to let them know.
