The location was great.
When booking the location, there was no indication of the facility being under renovation.

Good location
Have not stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before that breakfast was not included. Also it was not mentioned at check in that I needed to pay to park in the open parking lot.

Location was great and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants.
Double beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped. Cost of room seemed high for having to pay separately for parking.

Room was clean
They could not find our booking that was done through your site.. staff was very rude and took 30 minutes for her to consider figuring out what was going on.. when she finally did her job it only took a minute.. so she was rude denied us our room and was back and fourth for 30 minutes before she decided to look into it

The staff was great. This is the only thing I have to say about this hotel. Nothing else I care about this hotel and I have stayed at a number of other Hiltons.
I did not like anything about this hotel --- It did not meet the standards from other Hilton's hotels I have stayed at. The staff was great -- No issue there, but the facilities and location itself was not what I expected from Hilton. One entrance to get into and out of the property parking lot -- which you have to circle around a circler divider then you hang a quick right, then a quick left to get into the hotel parking lot. The handicap parking not in front the building, but instead on the side of the building -- a much longer walk to get in. One elevator working at the time. Bottomline, first and last time I book this hotel.

The location was nice
The elevators weren't working had to wait long periods of time. The pool wasn't working the while time we were there. They don't accept cash at all.
