Pros +
- Hilton brand. Location. Very comfy bed. Great pillows.
- The hotel was close to the light rail, making it easy to get to and from Denver without having to drive. The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful.
- It was close to where we had our business classes.
Cons -
- Pillows weren't great, had to pay for paying at the hotel, paid for breakfast to be included and the hotel tried telling me I didn't multiple times.
- room was in need of makeover. Felt kinda grungy. Fridge gurgled all night. Setting temp on thermostat was problematic. DEADLOCK DID NOT LATCH! propped ironing board against it. I got a handicap accessible BR. Puny vanity.
- I have stayed at Hiltons almost every stay I make, I was very disappointed that they wouldn¿t let me have a late check out, especially being a honors member. I have never had a problem anywhere else!
