This all-suite hotel is located in downtown Chicago, surrounded by upscale dining and shopping in the trendy River North neighborhood. It features free WiFi throughout the property. Two flat-screen TVs are included in each suite at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago-Downtown. The kitchenette has a 2-burner stove and full-size refrigerator. Grocery shopping services are offered. - Location
- Location was great and the breakfast area was nice.
- Location was great. A quick walk to anything we wanted to do. Free breakfast was pretty decent. The meat and potato dishes changed each of the three nights we were there. Staff were very friendly.
Cons -
- The carpet and furniture could use some better cleaning.
- The main areas of the room were clean but drawers to night stands had dried liquid on them from someone spilling something and it hasn't been cleaned. Behind doors in corners and edges of carpet were dusty.
- Hotel is dated in some areas. My room fridge has numerous deep dents, the floor had leftover food.
