- Spider s TV remote did not work, no WiFi, water came up in the cracks in the bathroom floor
- the staff was very rude. it’s a spot where you don’t have service and the wifi doesn’t work i asked to be moved to another room i was talked to very disrespectfully as she stated “well you can leave or whatever you would like to do but you won’t get a refund”
