Upon checking in the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude to us because their was an issue with our [Link Redacted] reservation he a really told us that he could cancel the entire reservation out and we could go some place else mind you it was very close to midnight and not alir of hotels around that particular area we felt that was extremely unprofessional on his part. He proceeded to tell us that that particular hotel chooses not to use [Link Redacted] and how they don't prefer that site honestly not really my issue its just how we booked the stay . He also told us their is no room service that if we need towels etc we would need to walk all the way down to the front desk and get what we needed. Theirs no sign at the road for the hotel its actually broken and almost fallen to the ground and very poor lighting.

not much on Thursday night when my son and I got back from the races it was warm our and our room didn't have any A/C. We called the front desk and they said that our side of the Hotel the A/C was not working.

I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone.
