Location
The location is excellent and so is the bed and linens. I also liked how clean the room was.
The location was great.

Cons -

Water not hot enough room.bed way too small.
The noise coming from the neighboring bathrooms was the loudest I ever heard. It woke me up in the middle of the night. And I didn't like that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast not even for pay.
The staff were horrible. There was a woman at the reception desk that was incredibly rude. Moreover, when we got to our room, there was no shower gel. Also, our bed was two twin beds pushed together instead of a large full or queen sized bed.

The location canÂ¿t be beat. In the heart of West end, you get to experience some great attractions and nightlife here.

The room was very small, it does not picture that way on the ads. The video highlights some nice parts of the hotel but the reality is that it is pretty cheap in terms of quality but expensive on price. The hot water was a real issue, it was Luke warm
