The bed was very good ????

The transparant door for the toilet. And the there is no door or wall by the washing stand. To less privacy.And the staff at the reception that night said breakfast till 9.30 and checkout at 10.00 o'clock. This morning the staff said checkout is till 11.00 o'clock. Little bit disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent, meals at the restaurant were very good

Plenty of choice at the breakfast and well located at the main hall. Plenty of tables. Great staff at the reception and restaurant & bar.

There was no issue for English or Dutch speakers but some French tourists had issues communicating with staff at restaurant. There was no food left when they arrived unfortunately. Necessary to book for lunch & dinner

Slight clumsiness at reception. Unfortunately both toilet and shower cubical were not clean.

The surroundings are fantastic! You can directly walk into the woods from the hotel's main entrance. The room is ok, the bed is comfortable, and the view of the trees from the window is so relaxing. We were given a nice cot for our baby.

The bathroom's door was fully made of glass (not very private) and separated the area with the shower/bath, toilet, and main towel rack from the sink, which was unhandy, especially with a toddler in the room. The design is pretty basic; however, there is a certain attention to some materials. Breakfast was ok, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, especially to families: food is overprized for its quality, and there was not much flexibility to accommodate the needs of a 1,5-year-old. Overall, the hotel's surroundings make it worthy to stay there anyway.

No reception at the room. The WiFi you mean? No, no phone reception. The room also smelled very bad, seemed to come from the toilet/bathroom. Smelled like sewer.

Staff are not friendly. Dirty accommodation, room without any lighting, only two lamps next to the bed, breakfast without much option, when you enter the room you go straight to the bathroom, the toilet is dirty and the toilet paper is of the worst quality.

Hotel in big manor park with views to the manor and possibilities to have a walk in woods. Restaurant for dinner and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is surrounded by a very beautiful forest. Breakfast is also good. Big free parking nearby.

Our room was dirty. There was mold in the shower.

Room was very cramped. Bed, TV, desk, corner shower, wash basin & toilet were within a foot of each other. Made for an uncomfortable stay.

The surroundings

The hotel part is really outdated, expensive, reflecting office and school buildings from the 80’s in The Netherlands. Nothing wrong with it, but a 100% contrast of the beautiful landgoed itself.And no public transport to reach this hotel during the weekend, which means either a one hour walk to the train station or taking a taxi.

Location! Nestled in the gorgeous forests. Comfortable basic room. Beautiful grounds.

Basic, restaurant not open sunday night

Could have done with more cleaning . I took a bath and you could feel it was not properly clean . I found a hair pin and a hair elastic with hair on the table . There was mold on the bottom of the bathtub drain cap.

The service was so so, not very friendly, poorly dressed. It is a congress hotel so staying as an individual is always a challenge in this kind of hotels

Breakfast was great. The bike store (once I found it) did the job. The restaurant and terrace was really good.

The bedroom design was poor. You couldn’t have a private shower or go to the toilet. The water took absolute ages to heat up. The room was miles away. The location was over a mile away from Doorn.

Beds very comfortable, Quiet, breakfast good.

Dining room has turned vegetarian, meat dishes pushed to end of menu. My chicken Wellington found with only one other meat dish ,calf loin . would have his lordship turning in his grave, all too expensive. Won't eat there again! The tomato soup starter had sweet corn in it.

They could provide electric car charging cards because travellers from other country do not necessarily have a charging card

The room was quite small for 2 people. There was no door between bedroom and shower/ toilet.The shower temperature often dipped for a second, probably because someone else turned on the shower
