breakfast was excellant, location is close to everything
the staff were excellant very helpful and safe

Location was convenient, close to transportation bars and restaurants, area is somewhat upscale so never a concern about security. Included (cold) breakfast was as expected. Anticipated street noise was only a little issue on Saturday and was solved by closing the windows (but in summer no AC). Other days the nighttime noise dissipated by 10:00pm.
Staff was knowledgable, helpful and friendly.
No hand soap in room, Metal gym lockers for closet space was surprise.
