Hotel Hoogeerd by Flow Niftrik - Nijmegen

Property was in a nice location. Food was good. Was given the wrong invoice when checking out and even though I emailed the Hotel straight away I still haven't received the correct invoice

The location.

They miscommunicate about the price of the room for one night for me and my dogs.The worst is that two months later I received a mail saying that I didn’t pay my stay. So very poor management.

we booked a double room but received a twin bedded room upon mentioning to reception they insisted that is what we booked

The property is cozy!

I booked a premium room with lake view. According to the pictures my bathroom should’ve had a prophet bathroom. The bathroom that I had didn’t have ven have a bath cabine. After we took a shower we had to rake the water so the floor wouldn’t be totally wet. Furthermore the breakfast crew are very inattentive. There stuff that were empty that weren’t refilled.

Amazing location, amazing lake view. Staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant food was great, with an English menu available, which is always good to have.definitely will stay there again.

We booked the last available room, so the view (parking lot) was negligible. Everything else was perfect, from beds to new bathroom to mosquito nets on the windows.

The equipment in the fitness center could need an upgrade

The coffee corner was a good idea. Location and parking very good. Dinner was excellent.

More mirrors and better lighting would be nice. The bed and pillows could be better.

Paid for an upgrade to larger room, but it was very noisy just under the roof. Probably the air/heat recycling ducts. Got little sleep at night.

The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is nice, the staff is friendly. The view to the lake was beautiful

The bathroom is not very handy for showering. It gets all wet because the shower door is not fixed. There’s a squeegee to clean it up after use. Shower shampoo was also empty. I expected a bit more for the value paid for the stay.

The location on the banks of the river Maas was delightful and our room had a view over the water. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. There was secure storage for our bikes.

For the price the rooms were unexceptional. There were no tea/coffee making facilities, no toiletries just a soap dispenser on the wall. The mattresses were too soft for us an the pillows too hard and lumpy. On the plus side the room had a small balcony with a view over the river Maas. The breakfast was unexceptional but adequate.

Good food, helpful staff, secure bicycle storage. Great view from restaurant.

Room want cleaned well. Thick dust on top of the wardrobe. Old cigarette ends in the fixed ashtray on the mini balcony. This hotel had no butter for breakfast!! Poor choices for breakfast, no one to help with eggs etc. very dissatisfied with this aspect of our stay. Reception closed at 8.20 in the morning so we had to get a cleanser to check us out.

Old hotel, room not looking good. Small room and with used looks. If it was half the price it would be good but for this money i visit go again.

The staff are fantastic, beds comfortable and lovely assortment for breakfast.

I really have nothing negative to say. The hotel was exactly what the literature said it would be. Its not a luxury hotel but more than adequate for your needs. I also thought it was quite good value for money considering how things are at the moment. I will be travelling back to the Netherlands next year and will be looking no further than this hotel for my stay. If you can, pay the small extra charge for a river view room, its so worth it.
