We had free coffee and bagels for breakfast and a door that locked
Check in desk lady was looking down, working on a list and didn't acknowledge that we were standing there for an awkward amount of time, then I said we'd like to check in. She said, Phone number? I told her I have the reservation #, she rolls her eyes.
