This property is great for it's location to the convention center. It's definitely walkable. I also love the free washer/dryer on each floor and the kitchen. The game room is very kid friendly. They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well. Staff is friendly.
This property is older. The elevators are slow. The refrigerator in our room made noise and did wake us up at night. Also, the 10 am check out is too early.

Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Pool area and guest activities kept the children, who were there, entertained.
Location was a bit too far from anywhere. We didn't have our own transport and we used Uber to get around.

My stay has been great!!! All the staff are friendly and very helpful!! I want to thank everyone at Hilton grand vacation club Las palmeras for going out of the way to make my vacation to megacon so great!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Bartenders was also great..

Great location, really clean
$25 facility fee, $22 parking fee plus tax on these. Wasn't aware at time of booking.

Breakfast was delicious, an avocado and egg toast were made to order. All of the staff are very attentive and accommodating. Clean rooms, swimming pool, fitness center- all are above expectations. Location of the hotel is close to Universal and other parks. There are nice running trails across the street.
Karaoke by the pool, some people should not be singing.
