- Property is adjacent to the 5 freeway, a seven lane wide highway.The listing does not say that ALL Queen rooms over look this 24 hour busy freeway. Only learned upon arrival and asking for a room not by the freeway. Desk said ALL Queen rooms face freeway (like a motel six). The breakfast is instant scrambled eggs, sausage patty and cut potatoes. Some fruit, bagels, yogurt, but nothing special. The parking is valet only, at $31 per day.Book a king room if you like to sleep. Not a great value. FYI this hotel is in north Burbank, not Hollywood, not Hollywood adjacent. Name is misleading
