Hyatt Place Denver Airport

Frendly shuttle driver in the morning. Bed comfortable and room laid out well. Restaurants within walking area. Good breakfast.

Took awhile to get shuttle at airport. Hotel is about 15 min away without traffic. Ran out of cream for coffee. On site resfaurant/bar closed.

Great Customer Service and Nice Hotel

Received a very friendly greeting when I checked in. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I like that they decorated for the holidays and provide a free breakfast.

I wish they had dinner items for sale in the market, since the restaurant did not appear to be open at night. The shower just looks like it needs an upgrade but was clean. The air conditioning could be better and add more TV channels.

The insulation must be nonexistent in this hotel. I heard the elevator every time it was used, and the road noise was higher than average. Probably more surprising was that I could hear a nearby guest urinating in the middle of the night. There is nothing noting fees for overnight parking either.

Overall, it’s a nice place to stay…comfortable rooms, nice facilities, it’s clean and quiet. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and have been satisfied. This time everything was nice as always EXCEPT there was not adequate water pressure or hot water when I took a shower at 1:45AM (had to be at DIA by 3AM so I didn’t even have time to talk with the person at the front desk about it). The water pressure and temp (lukewarm, at best) was so bad , I advised my son and mother-in-law to just clean up with washcloth…I had to use a washcloth and warm water from the sink to get all the soap off my body….Thank goodness I didn’t put shampoo in my hair!

Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. Feel safe leaving our car when traveling out of the area.

Better coffee in room. Extra blanket for sofa bed.

The non-communication about the guarantee that was charged to the credit card at check-in. I saw an amount charged to my CC after check-in and had to ask the desk what this amount was for because they did not inform me about this when I checked in.
