- The parking is finicky. It is a parkade without assigned spots. Lots of reserved for owner spots. One night there were no spots that were big enough for our rental.
- Our specific room has an old model AC which is quite noisy
- The kitchen could be better equipped. We were 8 family members renting 3 separate units to celebrate the holiday season together. But when we cooked suppers and ate together, we were missing some kitchen supplies and dining room furniture for 8. It is unfortunate that the small round dining room table cannot be extended.

The apartment was clean and spacious for 2 people. Our unit on the 3rd floor had partial views of the ocean and it was great to watch the sunsets on the balcony.Staff was friendly and helpful. We left behind our house keys by mistake, and staff was kind enough to find them and mail them back to us.
