- It was very clean. The food was excellent and the owners were very nice.

Our room was extremely clean with a nice smell of freshly washed bed sheets. Great breakfast. I loved the view from the balcony - there were green fields around with a lot of cows.
- Etmissl was a lovely small village to stay in. The people there were all very friendly. We got lucky and stumbled upon a Maypole celebration that was incredible to watch. The meals in the restaurant were spectacular (e.g. wild garlic ravioli with morel mushrooms in a cream sauce or the lake trout on a bed of stinging nettle risotto). We ate there twice in two days. And one of the owners made a point of coming over to us during the Maypole celebration to explain what the tradition was all about for them.
