We loved it! The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Either valet or do it yourself. Great location. Close enough to stuff to walk. Next time we are in Atlanta we will be staying here again!

Its location is very convenient. The streets around it are clean and safe.
1. Private parking took extra money and you had to park your car on the 9th floor. It super inconvenient for in and out. You can do valet parking, but it changes more. 2. We stayed there for 4 nights. The cleaning was supposed to happen everyday. On our second day, nobody even clean the trashcan or made the bed. 3. When checking out, I was told the only extra money I needed to pay was parking. Later they charged me another $8. I am sure we didn’t loss or destroy anything in the room. I tried to call them. Nobody answered the phone or returned my call. You.At least you should explain why you charge me money. 4. One of the unused towels was not clean at all!!! I am glad I found it when I tried to use it.
