I had a work related visit and needed to stay a night. The place was good in general bit a little bit expensive. Parking area is somewhat narrow.

A place to sleep and have a shower. Nothing more than that. Relatively clean, small rooms at a location outside the city.

Misleading Information and Poor Service – Not RecommendedI stayed at Hotel Erlanbacher Hof from 6th to 15th February 2025 (booked via Check24) and then from 15th to 18th February 2025, booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating due to several issues, including parking, internet access, and poor service.1. Parking Issues – Misleading InformationOne of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the mention of free parking. However, the reality was far from convenient.The parking spaces are too small for SUVs, making it difficult to park without struggling.There are only three spaces suitable for larger vehicles, and they are always occupied if you arrive after 6 PM.On my first day, I raised this issue with the hotel, and they promised to reserve a spot for me after taking my car’s number plate—but they never followed through, and nothing was done till the end of my stay.2. Internet Problems – No Coverage in Some RoomsI was initially given a room on the second floor, but there was no internet coverage in my room. After complaining, they moved me to the first floor, but this meant I had to repack everything and relocate, which was quite inconvenient.3. Room Size – Very Small and UncomfortableThe rooms are much smaller than expected, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The space is quite cramped, especially if you have luggage.4. Poor Service & False PromisesI also had a terrible experience when I requested a steam iron for an important meeting. The hotel kept changing their story, causing me unnecessary stress.They promised to compensate with free breakfast but later refused to honor their own offer.Final Verdict: Would Not RecommendMisleading claims about parking.Internet issues in some rooms.Small, uncomfortable rooms.Poor customer service—staff make promises but fail to deliver.For the price, this hotel is not worth the hassle.

Facilities are quite oldWiFi key on German approach - capital letter first while the actual password was all in lower case - took me 3 hours to figure it out ?Please make sure the WiFi password is indicated in the room as expected to be written!!

The room size was ok, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly

The lightening in the room was very bad, the location feels like in the middle of nowhere

A quiet location in a historic building. Friendly staff, and large comfortable rooms. Car parking is available inn the hotel courtyard.The breakfast was very good.

There is no evening restaurant so one has to walk down through the town to find somewhere to eat. Being inn a small town, there were not a lot of choices that I found.

Warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings and clean room.

It is a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. I met only one gentleman at the reception. His name is Mr Jawed. One of the kindest people that I have met.

Nothing.A note for future travelers. The parking spaces are too narrow for big cars, especially if you arrive late in the evening.

It started off not so well with unfriendly reception. The cook who looks after late check in needs some training on customer service.He offered to help with the parking, but seemed not happy about late checkin which i have mentioned during booking. He even called his boss in spanish and referred to me as an immigrant, but not knowing i understand some Spanish.

Clean hotel located in the middle of a small town, nice room and bath for this price category.

Not a quiet place to sleep because of the churche bell (rings every 15 min) and poor sound isolation in the room.Breakfast boufet could have a better selection. No quality tea was available.
