Location was good. New rooms looked nice.

Had no idea the facility was under renovations, was only told the hot tub would be unavailable due to maintenance when I booked. The bathroom fan was INSANELY loud. Beds were hard. Also the breakfast that was included with the stay was not available.

Location was good.

Property is being remodeled, pool, gym and sauna all not open. No breakfast either although the dining area was open. Only coffee was available. Small older TV, No channel guide in room for TV, no DVR player in room. These amenities are certainly not up to date. Water pressure in bathroom sink, shower was atrocious. Parking was limited due to construction materials being staged there.

Spacious clean room. Great value for my dollars . I used to sleep around pdx often , i will choose this hotel as long as the price does not increase

Shame that the hotel does not make more effort with 'going green' , disappointing use of paper plates and plastic cutlery. Made the hotel feel cheaper than it deserved.

Price was good and hotel was clean. Breakfast was great.

The bathrooms are super small

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and within a short drive to the airport shopping area. It is easy to get to via car and a relatively short (5-10 minute) freeway drive away from all the attractions of downtown Portland. There is lots of free parking and again very easy to drive to without having to deal with major traffic. The King room was very large with plenty of space to stretch out and included a convenient wet bar area. Beds were comfortable and our particular room had a view of the nearby wetland/pond. The large parking lot, no-fee parking, free coffee 24/7 and included breakfast was a good value. We were assured that construction noise would be minimal and the hotel staff put us in a room as far from the construction area as possible. Overall a very quiet area.

This hotel was undergoing major and much-needed renovations when we stayed there. Most of the facilities such as the on-site gym and pool were completely unavailable during our stay. The outdoor shared patio was usable but also under construction. The overall decor of the hotel is very dated and worn. Carpets in the room and throughout the hotel were old and there were obvious wall/ceiling patches and slightly un-matching paint touch-ups in random places. The security lock on our door (the metal swinging arm bit) was bent. We had some minor security/safety concerns as the main entry door to the hotel lobby had signs posted about the doors being locked in the evening. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is very sparse and we did see a few vagrants on the streets near the hotel. Breakfast was just ok, we wish there would have been some fresh fruit options.

Location, I have stayed there several times in the past, mainly a good place to stay when catching a flight home.

I could hear the people above me walking around. Made it a little hard to sleep.

Nice location for our needs. Comfortable bed.
