I really liked that there was a kitchen, mini fridge, and cooking utensils available. Staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

The room I had wasn’t throughly cleaned and the shower head wasn’t on properly but that was about it.

The rooms were spacious. There's a lot of shops and Restaurants around. Nice location. They held on to our Bags etc until we got back. Hours later❤️

Parking wasn't good. We had to park at another hotel. The pool was kind of dirty. There wasn't any bowls in one of our rooms.

Location, quiet room.

It was a grubby, neglected old hotel. It was clean enough to tolerate and I chose not to move as I was tired, it had a private deck albeit with furniture I wouldn't put my dog on. It was advertised as suite's but I only got a bedroom with a prehistoric stove. The safe didn't work. The power sockets were sloppy. The staff were busy as and apart from complaining to Booking.com I doubted I'd have had any joy. Shame. Deserves a refund really.

Location is great. The staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary ice tea in the lobby is a bonus. The snack packs in the morning are good. The 12 pm check out option is fantastic.

The air-conditioning wasn’t working in the building the night we stayed and the fan wasn’t much help, so we slept with the balcony door open, which only helped minimally.

The staff are nice. The location is great. The snack during the morning was amazing. The housekeeping were awesome.

This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel, and they did not improve the room noise from the street. A lot of street noise coming from the room's balcony. There is no insulation at all. Even with the door completely closed, it feels like I'm on the sidewalk. The insulation between the rooms is good, but it's terrible from the street. I recently received an email saying that they are improving some things, like the elevator (which I didn't see any problems with and it worked perfectly the three times I was there). But unfortunately they didn't list the improvements to the balcony doors. I'm going to rethink whether or not to book this hotel this year just because of this issue; the noise is very stressful. I will call them and check if have some room without street noise.

Great location downtown, food and stores in walking distance.

Older building needs up dating. One elevator didn't work and there wasn't much else for options. Could take the stairs down but not up. After paying on booking, they charged me another 60 dollars per room when we got there for "security fee".
