- Beautiful, clean room. Easy check-in and check-out. Our room (41) was quiet and had a lovely view from the window. Great shower with good water pressure, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- This is clearly in a great location within the Dandenong Ranges.
Cons -
- Scarcity of power points in the room. We had to boil the kettle in the bathroom. But thats only a minor inconvenience and didnt really matter that much. No fridge in room
- Despite offering restaurant services this was not the case on our visit due to a conference being held. The pool and surrounding area were disgraceful and clearly hadnt been tended for many weeks if not longer. No staff on site overnight - indeed penalty charges if they were called out due to locked out of room. Smallest toilet/shower cubicle Ive ever seen separated from bedroom by a concertina door. Dust and cobwebs in corner areas.
