- The pillows and bed
- The staff was so friendly. Loved checking in with Patiance at the front desk.
- The location ended up being perfect for where I wanted to be. I loved the soap and lotion options -- they smelled so good!
Cons -
- Very outdated
- Dead, smashed cockroach in the elevator Saturday morning. I know it's the city and regardless of how nice the hotel is, they're there... But, I just don't like seeing them... It was promptly disposed of though. By the next elevator ride, it was gone.
- Poor TV channel options. No internet on TV like other hotels (last hotel in which I stayed provided youtube access, etc.). No parking (except expensive valet service). Couldn't access hotel internet (used mobile hotspot). Felt like 3 star hotel.
