Amazing location. Great room. Great personal. The entire building is gorgeous.
The pools are advertised as heated, but they weren't. It was the only disappointment of our stay. Hopefully, they have an inside jacuzzi, but we just couldn't enjoy the outside pool.

Location was perfect. The suite was spacious. Clean rooms and friendly staff
The tv noise from the guests next to our room was horrible late at night and starting at 6 in the morning. The mattresses need replacing.

Spacious room, good breakfasts, very nice personal.
Bad sounding isolation. You can hear original talk in the next room. Small swimming pool.

Nice facility and location
For the price, we should not have had curdled coffee cream in the room, empty conditioner bottle in the shower, or previous guests' short and curlies on the towels.

Nicely appointed hallways . Rooms were adequate
The walls could use more soundproofing as I could hear my neighbors complaining about social issues but they were not yelling so sound needs to be addressed as this is considered to be a premier hotel so the experience should totally match
