I love the location. Turns out I stayed there and participated in many events way back in the day when it was a Raddison propertty

I wasn’t there long enough to notice flaws.

I liked the hotel resturants i like the friendlyness of the front desk fast chwck in but the room was disappointing none of the lightbulbs were changwd so half the lights didnt turn on the room smelled like stale cigars the mirror decor was stained and dirty very dusty in the living room of my suite. The mirror in bathroom bulb was also burnt out. But id go back it wasnt awful they dont bother you to leave in the am which was nice. But there may have been beg bugs too im not sure

There is a huge problem with the housekeeping staff. The toilet was broken (with feces in toilet). The shower was stained and had not been washed - had soap and dirt film. They no longer offer free bottled water. The staff is unpleasant and complained about the housekeeping staff. I had to get 3 rooms when checking in.
