The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean and the hotel was very quiet. Loved where it was located was close to things downtown that I needed to get to.
The only downside was that I think there could be more parking available and that I think if you're staying there you shouldn't have to pay for parking.

The location was great. We were there for the MCWS right across the street. The food was delicious. The staff were polite.
Cleaning our room was done only once during our entire stay and that was after we asked the front desk to send someone

The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool, especially when they had it to themselves. The beds were comfortable and our room was spacious.
The front desk staff were not very pleasant with interactions. Can you please make it more clear at what time checkout is. I thought I saw 12 pm and my kids were told it was at 11. I never saw in my emails what time it was for. My husband thought the pool was cold.

Clean room
We weren’t informed at all that the major remodeling in lower floor dining/entry. That whole area was dusty/ dirty. Not up to par with other Hampton properties. Overpriced for the stay

Great location and spacious rooms. We were in a newly refurbished room which was very nice
Hopefully the renovations finish soon - the lifts and breakfast area are still being renovated

Location was great. Breakfast was really good. Especially the home fries
Shower in my room did not stay hot for long and the shower head was too high forme to adjust but I am short.
