- Friendly, clean, great location
- The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything in downtown Moab but set one block back from Main Street which is very busy with trucks passing through. The room was very clean and well tended to during our stay.
- Good, safe location, close to downtown, not on main street where traffic noise. Clean room & bed; comfortable bed and various soft and firm pillows. Has small kitchenette (big fridge, microwave) Room service does not bother us every day to come in.
Cons -
- Nothing.
- TV did not work. No safe deposit box. No computer & printer to print plane tickets. Website states to contact hotel if check in after 9 pm. No one picked up when I called over 5 times to notify that I might arrive around 9 pm.

Well kept property. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. The location was convenient to the center of Moab.
