- The beds were very uncomfortable, restaurant was horrible, there was no spa like it was advertised for, the staff was rude and we had to pay for parking each day.
- Heater was loud. Staff solution was to wait for it to end and use ear plugs - fortunately it ended.Under bed was dirty
