Room was good size with 2 queen beds. Linens were clean as I found a laundry drying sheet in them. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Lots of parking. Plenty of grab and go food and snacks and ability to make waffles for breakfast. Location is a few minutes drive from town.
The bathroom could use a deep clean, as edges around the shower door and sink drain had orangish stuff in corners and rim in room 209. Also found a hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. And although i was assured that was supposed to never have had a pet in it, one of the towels smelled strongly of dog; and the room did too, even after I got rid of the towel. The room had laminate floors so I can only guess that the chair may have had a dog on it at some point.

There wasnt anything that we didnt like. Came here for my 40th birthday and didnt even leave the room because we were comfortable right where we were.

My door locks did not work, and when I brought the issue up- no one seemed concerned.

Excellent property near several excellent restaurants. Easy access to the Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch. Friendly, very helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.
