Very good
Boot room was great!
Staff were supportive even though they were very understaffed due to covid.
Guests were not wearing masks in the public area by the fireplace.
King bed was actually two beds sandwiched together. And the beds were so old they were concave. Painful to sleep in and not great when trying to recover from skiing.

Passable
The whole outside was run down weeds everywhere and needed to be painted. We also did not see a front attendant at all the whole stay. There is also no ac and it was 31 degrees.
