The staff were very friendly. The hotel was well presented, clean and the gym and swimming pool were lovely.

I travel quite a lot and don't normally do hotel reviews unless a property is either fantastic or just plain awful. This hotel easily exceeded our expectations even though I was already aware it was rated 5 stars when I booked it. The room rate, including breakfast, was very competitive when compared to other 5 star properties and hard to beat if you are looking for a value for money proposition without sacrificing facilities. My wife and I stayed 4 nights on our way back to Australia from a long trip in Europe and were looking for somewhere to rest up before the final leg back to Aussie. One Farrer offered everything you could want and had the added bonus of being right over an MRT station so easy to get to anywhere. I found all the staff to be so helpful, particularly MALEK .This gentleman really took our stay to the next level through his exceptional customer service....thanks MALEK much appreciated! When we come back to Singapore I will stay here again.

Have to walk a lot for breakfast. Breakfast area is very small for a 5star hotel with a very limited variety of food.Genuinely a very disappointing part of a good hotel.
