We absolutely loved the way we were greeted and treated from start to finish. The staff was amazing my concierge Ricky Rosa's was an absolute exceptional employee. We became friends. He took very good care of us. My fiancé said this would be a great yearly Destination for us. I totally agree with her. You are absolutely amazing and we loved our time there. Nothing not to like. Everything was perfect

I loved the staff. breakfast was great. location was perfect to 5th ave. loved that there was no kids!

I didn’t like that we had to make reservations for diner and that they couldn’t accommodate a party of seven until 9:30 PM! (who eats that late) we gad reservations one night at spices and the food was horrible. we had pretty much everything on the menu. definitely not authentic.
