This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A portable air conditioner is available for an extra cost of EUR 98 per week. Late check-in after 19:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 30. Lovely, if dated villa but could be more welcoming.
The property was dated but comfortable with plenty of space. Excellent pool with an enclosed area. The garden was fully enclosed which was perfect for our dog. The situation, within 5 minutes walk of the Old Town, was excellent.
Absolutely nothing in the villa when we arrived. We expected no linen, towels etc. as that was clear in the details and so we brought our own, but not a bit of soap, toilet paper washing up liquid etc. which meant that you had to buy everything. We arrived by car, so we had most of these things with us, but it must be terribly disconcerting if you are arriving by air and you arrive at the villa only to have to go straight out again, and then only if the shops are open!!! For the sake of spending EUR10, the owners or the management could put it a roll of toilet paper, some soap and other essentials to make the place more welcoming.
