The room was lovely, as well as the showers. But I mostly loved the staff!  the front desk were unbelievably helpful and just a joy to be around! They deserve a raise for their phenomenal customer service!

Cons -

I understand staffing is short- but I really enjoy a nice robe in a fancy hotel room.
The room was small. Air conditioning worked well, but airflow made the sleeping area much warmer than the rest of the room.
It was SO NOISY! I read one review before booking that said Ott was noisy, but I didn't think it would be THAT bad. Well, it was. A sound night's sleep is simply not an option there.
