- Easy check in, nice room. Great view. New menu downstairs, best we had was there. Rented a cabana. The pool attendant Danny was great! Two free my ties come with your check in. Nice touch.

- They gave me an ocean view as was renovating

- They were vacuuming the hallway floor outside my room at 4:30 a.m. We thought the kids fool was a hot tub. It would be so much better if the hotel had a hot tub.
- Major security concerns. All balconies are connected. Had other guest jumping onto my balcony and hiding in the dark. No lights on the balcony.
- Carpet was sticky, but they were renovating so will change

They were vacuuming the hallway floor outside my room at 4:30 a.m. We thought the kids fool was a hot tub. It would be so much better if the hotel had a hot tub.

Lagoon Tower Improvement Project - Royal Kona Resort is consisted of of three individual towers in which guestrooms are located - Alii Tower, Bay Tower and Lagoon Tower. Exterior restoration work is taking place at the Lagoon Tower, located on the southern end of the resort property. No exterior restoration work is taking place at the Alii Tower or the Bay Tower. Guests booking the Royal Kona Resort will be accommodated exclusively in the Alii Tower or the Bay Tower, unless they have specifically chosen to book rooms located in the Lagoon Tower, which are being offered at a discounted rate and identified as "Lagoon Tower Renovation Rates". Resort guests may see scaffolding, repair work and painting occurring to the Lagoon Tower. While every effort will be made to minimize noise, resort guests may hear some work being done. Project work on the Lagoon Tower is restricted between 9am and 4pm. Our Lagoon Tower Improvement Project will continue through December 31, 2025 (subject to change)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
