- The place itself is ok. It is not a big city, so I was specking small-non-fancy hotels. The food is excellent. Better than many fancy restaurants/resorts, and the included breakfast is quite big. The staff service was also good.

- The "rooms" are divided into 2 levels. The lower level is nice, the upper level... It is like they only maintained the lower part and completely forgot about the upper part.The malefactor didn't work, and it was really needed. I ended up taking the matters to the lower level so we could all be together.The restaurant was a little overpriced

The room was not what I was expecting as a 4 star however was functional and clean
Good option for a night stay in Perote while on the road. The ladies and their warm kind service are the real heros of this place. The generous hearty breakfast was appreciated. Basic but just fine for one night.
Convenient location if you are traveling with a car and want to hike around Cofre de Perote. Plenty of secured parking space.Stable wifi signal, everything is clean. No issues with the hot water.Located on the major road, but quiet in the room.
Not a complain, rather notice: hotel restaurant serves Spanish food, not Mexican.
