- darn near everyting, the phone no dial tone, lamps not working, mold everywhere in bath, no hot water, no ice bucket, no desk supplies and very poor service at front desk
- Nothing good about that hotel. Was actually one of the worst places I've been in filthy there was Harold in the bathroom the sink The bedding was dirty like they didn't even clean the room and the customer service sucked I didn't get my room for 2 hours

Convenience
Cleanliness... room smelled horrible, tub and bathroom had hair all over and the tub was stained up. Continental breakfast was a joke.
