Good location, friendly staff. Overall amenities of the place. The grounds are well maintained.
One of the sheets had unidentified staines....Quite gross.Shower heads all of them had mold and mildew and limescale.They were replaced at our request.

Love love LOVE the pools, atmosphere, and activities here. Great place for families with kids of all ages. There’s two large pools, two spas, a splash pad, a water park area, and even a completely sunshade covered kiddie pool area. The amenities alone will be what brings us back
The location of our room was not great. We were at the complete end of the building, the room in front of a stairwell. The noise from the stairs and people going up and down kept me up a lot at night.. I’m talking like 11pm-3am ? Another issue was the mini fridge in our room didn’t work well. Next time I will be sure to ask for a better room location away from stairs since I am a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at this resort! The location is perfect—just a short drive to major attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld, which made it super convenient for our family.The resort itself is very spacious and ideal for families. There was a full itinerary of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the kids especially loved the two pools and splash pads. It was nice having options for both relaxation and fun right on the property.Overall, it's a great spot for a family vacation. We’d definitely come back!
During my recent stay at this resort, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic guest needs, particularly regarding room preparation. We were using the sofa bed, but there were no extra linens available. I called the front desk to request sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. While they did bring a blanket and pillow, the pillow came without a pillowcase, and no sheets were provided.For a resort that markets itself on comfort and quality, proper sanitation and preparation should be a priority—especially when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Every guest bed, including sofa beds, should be fully outfitted with clean and complete linens.

Compared to other hotel we stayed on during the trip this place was the best. Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice pools, friendly stuff.

Spacious rooms
No cleaning of the rooms. Not a problem if you are staying for 2 nights, but might be necessary for those who are staying longer

Clean and comfortable room
Checkout was 10 AM. We asked for a late check out and all they would give us was 11 AM. We arrived at the facility the night before at 1 AM and wanted to sleep in a little. 10 AM checkout is too early and a little flexibility to let us stay till noon would’ve been nice.
