Good location for my trip and reasonable cost.
The room is old. The door had distortion and was hard to close and open.

Staff friendliness and personability
My first room did not have a shower head so was in able to use rhe shower. No bathtubs in the room. Had to move rooms at 10:30 pm. Lost sleeping time

location, quiet room

location is excellent
the receptionist guy assigned last Sep 2,2017 at 8pm and the lady receptionist Sep 4 morning is not accommodating /welcoming. The hotel bathroom smells cigar including our towels, there is bed bug.There is $50deposit hoping to be refund

it was a great location
the room smelled like smoke and they just had a blanket and sheet on the bed the blanket had cigarette burns on it we had to sleep with the windows open for air the hallways stunk and just granola bars for breakfast and a muffin they could of had more

The location was good for where we needed to go.
Our floor was non smoking but still smelled like smoke, toilet overflowed and all they did was clean it up with towels. They didn't come back in and clean bathroom with chemicals. The drain in shower was clogged and was slow draining so by time you got ou

Cleanliness, kitchen, size of room
The breakfast, bed was not comfortable, no utensils or dishware in the room, had to go to front desk to get anything you needed, which is kind of annoying.

The hotel was very nice overall. Only stayed one night so did not utilize the kitchen but was clean and quiet. Will definitely be stay here again...
When you arrive they ask if you would be needing dishes, being I was only staying one night I said no. Only when I wanted a drink later in the evening I realized I had no glasses.... Ran down stairs they were more than accommodating.
