The receptionist on 21st of June. She was so lovely and helpful. It was raining when we left, but thinking of her outstanding service and her big en beautiful smile made our day. She is really the plus for this hotel. I hope her bosses appreciate that about her because she deserves it.

We had to go to a sister hotel for breakfast due to staff being ill. We received a warm welcome from the lady who made sure we had enough and everything was ok.

No direct parking lot but seems to be the issue of each hotel in Wertheim.The way to the room was a bit tricky and in the stairwell also quite a strong smoke smell (not at all smellable in the room)
Right in the centre of the historical part of Wertheim. Room was comfortable and cosy, quiet. WIFI was working great. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast the next day, and it was all there when I arrived. I could order more from a menu, it was all included.
It was a bit awkward that I couldn't check in before 16:00.
