Wonderful customer service and close to venue.

Cons -

The staff is unbelievably unhelpful. The only staff member that was helpful was the Valet. The cleaning staff doesn't know the difference between a hand towel and a bath towel.
The entry not being on the same level as the lo
I applied for Bonvoy but couldnÂ¿t get to work for wifi and had to pay for a bottle of water.
