It was a beautiful space and building! The room was picturesque with a working fireplace and so comfortable! Everyone was delightful, welcoming and warm. The room and facilities were very clean.
The only thing I didn’t love - and I am biased as a fitness professional - was the fitness facility. I was under the impression there was a Tonal machine to use (after speaking with someone at length on the phone) and honestly expected a little more robust equipment and space altogether. Still got a decent workout in.

Internet was not working at all! Valet parking is very expensive

Very impressed with this hotel, the location the look and feel of the place and for a great price The bar is outstanding- the spicy watermelon margaritas - wow! The wine bar is also really good - and the restaurant is great - we only went for breakfast but it was excellent The room was so comfortable
The only complaint would be the charge for the bottle water in the room.

Beautiful hotel! Our terrace room was lovely & quite comfortable. We ate dinner at the vegan restaurant here & it was outstanding! My meat eating husband even loved it. In the morning we got breakfast from Jake’s grill & that was delicious as well. We were happy with our experience here.
Valet parking was pricey.

The building is really pretty with a great location. The rooms are also spacious and clean
The fire alarm started blaring at 5 am, grabbed the kids and made our way down six floors of stairs only to be told to go back to sleep. Apparently one of the staff members triggered it by accident.As we were making our way back up the 6 flights of stairs (the elevators were still disabled due to the alarm), we were meeting the elderly that were still trying to descend to the ground floor. Nobody from the staff went up the stairs to inform them of the accidental alarm.Apparently this situation was not something they need to be sorry about as we got no apology or compensation even when pressed on the matter.
