Set amid river pools and tropical gardens, the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa features a golf course, 7 restaurants and a spa. Each guest room includes a private balcony. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, an electronics charging station, a beverage chiller, a seating area, and a large work desk are offered in each guest room. A marble private bathroom features double vanities, bathrobes and free toiletries. Guest may dine at 7 different restaurants including upscale seafood cuisine at Tidepools, Italian specialties at Dondero’s, and sushi creations at Stevenson's. Outdoor, poolside, and golf clubhouse grab n go as well as 6 lounges offering fine wines, specialty cocktails, and premium liquors are also available. A vast 24-hour swimming pool complex with waterfalls, waterslides and volleyball net is provided. An adults-only swimming area is also offered.

- The amenities were lovely. The hotel is a great experience with parrots and indoor/outdoor areas. Fabulous views. Food was excellent.
- This hotel made everything feel seamless, small details were very thought out to make the sta comfortable!
- The entire property as a whole!! The layout of the pool was very well structured, and everything was beautiful in & out.
Cons -
- The room was not clean. There was aHair on a washcloth, surfaces weren’t cleaned (lots of dust) and floors didn’t look very clean. Bed was not made with fitted sheet and crib not set up. After a long day of sightseeing it was exhausting waiting 40 for a crib to be set up and then the front staff was not helpful about housekeeping issues. They were going to send someone to make bed properly and no one showed up. That is unexceptional.

This resort was absolutely beautiful. Was one of the most amazing and best resort stays. I have experienced within the Hyatt resort group company.I look forward to many more stays with Hyatt has been a great great great experience. Hyatt is one of the best resorts out there especially the grand Kauai Hyatt resort exceeded beyond expectations. Look forward to coming back.
