Location, room size, bed & pillows very comfortable. All staff were gracious per usual.
Room was SO cold—as it was last year ~same time of year (not summer; not yet winter. After turning the thermostat to 80 to warm up the room (67 degrees @ check in) it never got warmer than 69.Called front desk; HVAC guy came & checked system. No temperature change over our stay. Never reset thermostat to 74. Huddled under the covers in an Arturo stay warm.

Location is great. Short uber rides to main attractions. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good.
The shower is in the bathtub. The bathtub is very narrow. It is very difficult to move around. Needs more handles.

Unfortunately, I could easily hear other guests throughout the hotel

Location was excellent. Close to a good selection of restaurants, shopping & sights, all in walking distance. Great breakfast options included.
No on site bar. Carpeting could do with a good refresh.

I liked the location and how it was walkable to many areas in the historic district. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were quiet.
Breakfast was really bad. Fake eggs and sausage are gross.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety, with plenty of options—including gluten-free choices, which was a huge plus for our group. The location was perfect, providing easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Given the quality of the experience, I believe this hotel offers incredible value for its price. An added bonus was the always-available hot chocolate and tea bar in the lobby, which made our stay even more cozy and welcoming.
