Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
