The hotel was wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful (especially the front desk) the rooms were amazing

The pool is advertised as open but it was closed

The hotel was beautiful. It was clean and smelled good. The gym was probably one of the best ones I've seen in a hotel. We came down for the Chris Brown concert and was 7-8 mins from the Truist Arena. It made travel this weekend a breeze because we were so close to everything.

On Booking it says the incidental fee is $50 but in reality it is $50 per day so be aware. Also I was told at the desk that parking was $17 but in reality it was $17 per day which is ridiculous considering most of the time you're in and out of the parking lot. Booking needs to update their information because thats an additional expense that most people might not calculate into their budget for their trip. The beds werent that comfortable to be honest very firm. I'm used to hotel mattresses being soft and plush. It was really busy this weekend and one of the elevators was down so elevator wait times were longer.

Excellent reception staff and check in. Great location off highway and for office.

Hidden parking costs.

Room was clean.

Arrived right on time for check in at 4pm only to be told our room wasn’t ready. Waited an hour and a half to check in. Denied late check out. It also costs $17 to park at the property which is fine but not disclosed in the listing.

Great location

I came an hour early, and the lady was rude and smarted off. She would have to charge a $45 early check-in, which was fine, but the way she said it came off wrong, the sliding door doesn’t work. The wind comes in, making a lot of noise. You can hear the interstate traffic. When I went to make the couch bed up, blood stains were everywhere on the mattress cover. I can go on and on. Security brought new bed sheets up, and I was supposed to get $45 back because of the mattress, and it took me 30 minutes to get it back at checkout time.

Workout facility was great. Rooms were large and very clean.

The place was great, clean, and perfect location.

Other than the ac in our room, everything was great. Every time it clicked on, it sounded like a wood pecker the entire time it was running. Not super loud, but faint pecking/knocking sound. It wasn't completely terrible sounding, so we didn't bother to complain. I am sure if it had been something to really aggravate us, we could have reported it, and the staff would have solved the issue because the staff was wonderful.

The property is very clean and close to many restaurants . The location is perfect.

The cleanliness and size of the room.

The breakfast was very limited and Continental, not American, as stated in the Booking.com reservation. The indoor pool was not operational, and neither were the restaurant and bar. The parking lot is open and lacks security, not private as advertised at Booking.com. Although Booking.com offers a credit for food or drinks included in the rate, the hotel not allowed us to use this credit.
