The room - fixtures not designe for ease of use - light fixture switches, the one floor lamp not working. A complicated and ultimately unable to work shower mechanism. Fixtures over designed without consideration of use by hotel cumsters.

Location was good
Toilet backed up. No one cleaned the room during our stay No free coffee in the morning. We paid over $--- per night and they charged for coffee. Almost all hotels now offer free coffee in yhe morning.

Great location downtown. Convenient to local restaurants, attractions, etc...
Pillows suck! The room was better than expected but the pillows are absolutely horrible. BYOP!
