The location, price, and comfort.
The breakfast staff was blankly ignoring guests and they ran out of food well before the end.

The hotel is clean, nice, and comfortable. We had plenty of room (family of 4). It was easy to walk to Truist Park. They also had a shuttle. The breakfast was wonderful.
One of the beds was really squeaky. This is probably not an easy fix though.

The location is very, much ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was well kept and clean. Breakfast was good.
Adjoining rooms, noisy, paper thin walls, I didn't get 1 ounce, eye closing of sleep here. They could manage updates!! Needs a chair in rooms, walls, ceiling need work & elevator needs fixing.

Location and quiet
Hotel had a big ball of hair under the sheets and hair scattered throughout the bed.
