Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is located on 22-acres on the widest stretch of Waikiki Beach. Tropical gardens, ponds and waterfalls define the resort. Enjoy five swimming pools including the 10,000 square foot beach front Super Pool and the best slides in Waikiki. The resort offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Daily cultural activities include lei making and hula lessons and daily outdoor yoga and exercise classes provide a well-rounded stay. Mandara Spa is open daily and access to the fitness center is complimentary. Water activities include on-site surfing lessons, snorkelling, stand-up paddle board, kayaking in the lagoon and catamaran sailing from our Port Hilton. The resort’s beachfront location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the sea at any time. There were several shops and stores nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit.
The main drawback was the internet access, which was only available inside the room and not in common areas. In addition, the swimming pool water was cold and not well maintained, so we were unable to use it. Considering that many families stay at the resort, it would also be nice to see more activities offered, such as evening dance programs or organized activities for children.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The hotel itself needed updating and additional maintenance. Parts of the hotel was extremely old. Plus noticed from our balcony lots of litter on below awnings. Pool too small and overcrowded for the amount of guests.

Location, clean room.
The rooms felt dated and the renovation work in the Rainbow Tower created a lot of noise, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in the pool area and on the beach.

The location of the hotel was very good.
I did not like the up charge for a room with a view and having to pay for parking everyday. Not to mention adding taxes to those charges as well.

Beautiful Hotel! Lovely staff
It was incredibly expensive inside. The sandwich shop was insane. People must know before hand that staff like to ask for 20% tips

Room, house cleaners, staff friendliness. Gym was great. fireworks were amazing.
Pool was gross, diapers and trash on the ground, pool restroom was dirty. flies buzzing at the pool area. Jacuzzi was cold at the Kaali tower.

Location is perfection! Wide stretch of beach next to harbor and the most beautiful view of Diamond Head ! So much on property to do . Shopping, restaurants , markets , etc. don’t have to leave to have a perfect stay . Beds are so comfortable in Rainbow Tower ! Plenty of pools and lounge areas . Plenty of places to get fresh pool towels . Iconic history to read about and enjoy

Everything was convenient. Big hotel with many shopping areas . Good coffee shop across the street . Valet parking and very clean facility. Great customerService.
Just having to pay so much for parking.
